We guide leaders to greater accessibility

Many people do not know about accessibility and accommodations for the Deaf/Hard of Hearing/DeafBlind. EASE provides education that leaves leaders feeling more confident about accessibility and excited to work alongside the Deaf Community.

What do people say about EASE?

"I would like to say thank you for the thoughtful dedication and meaningful efforts you’ve invested in educating our deputies about interactions with the Deaf community. Your commitment to fostering understanding, empathy, and effective communication is a powerful example of inclusive public service.

By prioritizing this education, you’re not only enhancing safety and accessibility—you’re building bridges of trust and respect. These steps make a real difference in the interaction between the deaf and law enforcement communities. Thank you again for your time and efforts..."

Welcome to Equal Accessibility & Support Everywhere, Inc. (EASE), where we envision a world that celebrates diversity and ensures accessibility for everyone, regardless of ability or communication preference. Our mission is to bridge the communication gap between the hearing and d/Deaf, Hard-of-Hearing, DeafBlind communities through education, advocacy, and compassionate service. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we are dedicated to dismantling the barriers that prevent individuals from fully participating in everyday life. At EASE, we believe that accessibility is not just a necessity but a fundamental right. Through our programs, partnerships, and initiatives, we aim to reshape spaces—both physical and social—to be inclusive and welcoming for all. Whether it's ensuring accessible communication in public spaces, advocating for policies that promote equality, or providing resources to empower individuals, EASE is at the forefront of creating meaningful change. We offer a platform where voices are heard, differences are celebrated, and solutions are created to address the unique challenges faced by the Deaf, Hard-of-Hearing, and DeafBlind communities. We invite you to be part of this journey toward a more equitable future. At EASE, inclusivity is more than just a goal; it’s the heart of everything we do. Together, let’s create a world where everyone can access the opportunities they deserve, where communities thrive on mutual respect and understanding, and where every person—regardless of their sensory experience—can live a life without limits.
